Fuzail A. Rizvi founded STAR CAPITAL in June 2016 with a clear mission: to build and operate high-quality Adult Care, Senior Care, and Dementia Care businesses across the United States through strategic acquisitions and mergers.

Prior to founding STAR Capital, Mr. Rizvi served as Director at RD Capital Partners LLC, a UK-based healthcare investment firm managing over £600 million in assets focused on dementia and adult care facilities across the United Kingdom.
With more than two decades of global experience, Fuzail has worked as a senior consultant and executive in the healthcare and financial sectors, supporting federal, state, and commercial clients in multiple countries. His expertise includes leadership, operational strategy, and cross-industry management solutions, particularly in Healthcare, Finance, and Consumer Products.
Fuzail holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, and Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. He also completed an Entrepreneurship Specialization Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. He was nominated by the U.S. federal government for executive leadership training at the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Manosij is a global business leader, with 20+ years of experiences in advising organizations, in particular large global banks and insurances firms on their operations, regulatory mandates, operations, and profit and loss scenario. He has worked in large fortune 100 companies such as IBM, KPMG etc. He has master’s degree in business administration and Executive Business Administration from MIT Sloan.
